Damaged / Defective Items


If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, contact customer service no later than 2 business days of receipt. On a case by case basis, we will cover shipping charges up to a maximum of $12.00 upon our receipt of the defective or mis-delivered item which must be returned fully intact with the original packaging via common carrier that provides package tracking.

If there is extensive damage to the carton, refuse the order and contact customer service immediately. Please have your order number available when you contact customer service.

Returns & Exchanges


Should you have a problem with an order, please call us at (905) 629-0003. We will do our best to correct the problem immediately. Do not return an item without contacting us for an RMA number. Whether we have made an error, you wish to exchange something, or there is a warranty claim, an RMA number is required to expedite the process. Upon receiving your order, open the cartons and inspect the contents. If there is damage during shipment, please contact us immediately at (905) 629-1711. Items returned for refund are subject to a 20% restocking charge.
